The quality of cg-artwork is good for Mongo Bongo's works, as usual.

However, there is nothing in this that says "steampunk" theme to me. At best, it is "interracial Victorian era sex."

Yeah, like H-Knight says, nice work by Mongo Bongo, but there are no discernible steampunk references there unless you count the hints to an alternate history in the text on page 2. But that's too vague to label it steampunk IMO. Ah well, at least it's not in the tags.
