The woman looks like a "generic, undiscernable from every other character, animated 2D porn lady". Seriously. It's like how japanese artists sometimes try to parody mainstream anime by drawing in a similar UNDISCERNABLE STYLE that makes their drawn characters look like "generic, drawn anime girl with random hair and eye color.".

Yeesh. If you're gonna parody something, at least make it look like the source material...

You could take away a few panels, show this to a person familiar with Digimon and title it "Random girl changes to wierd muscly animal porn" and they wouldn't be able to tell who the fuck it is.

In the first panel and in the eight you can see the character as a teen (first in the memory second as a photo), totally resembling original Rika. But in the comic Rika is older. It's a full-fledged MILF not a teen. Thus the differences.
