Not according to this ( /s/609f80fc67/732930-48 ) Middle one's a chick and is transformed in the same panel on the next page. Understandable how it'd be easy to miss, though.

@Demonlogan So far only males have been transformed, maybe it doesn't work on females.

This was a commission not part of the ongoing story. The commissioner just wanted their character to have sex with Vilga so it makes sense she wouldn't transform.
