I wouldn't mind seeing this translated. Mainly so I can figure out what in the blue blazes is going on.

As bondage stuff goes, this seems like a decent bit of fluff, but the art style is a little wonky at times, and it feels like a fair amount is lost in the non-translation. I don't know enough to properly judge it.

Delightfully oldschool: some kink and a lot of humour. For the most part the simple slapstick and goofy expressions allow it to be enjoyed even without a translation.

But if anyone manages to bring forth an English translation -- hats off to them!
