The title is correctly romanized "Seii Souchaku! Yaru ka Yarareru ka", not "Sei Isou Ki! Hanru ka Hanrareru ka".

The first part is by analogy to 繊意喪失 (from the anime), which breaks down as 繊意 + 喪失; and in any case, 維装 is not a lexical item, while 装着 is. For the second part, the standard 猥語 reading of 犯る is as やる "to fuck".

I have submitted a petition to rename accordingly.
