Ahh, I thought this was just a thing about Neptunia in general, didn't know this was a specific game. Kinda makes me want a vita.

Halja, the characters from pages 14 to 31 are acquired through the normal game. IF and Compa (pg. 33) along with Tiara and Sting (pg. 34, left, right respectively) are the only DLC characters yet available.

Yes, that's right. However, Tiara is from the game Fairy Fencer F, which, although incredibly similar to the Neptunia games, is from a completely different series. And Sting...No fucking clue.

Now, a lot of these characters are meant to represent significant series and/or characters from that series. Here are the ones I know:
page 18:She was made to resemble Pai from the Virtua Fighter series.
page 19: This one should be pretty damn obvious. The character's name is Lid, and she was made to resemble Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series.
page 20: Miku, obviously.
page 22: Her name is Generia G, and she represents the Gundam series, along with the Super Robot Wars series, which has featured almost every Gundam series in its multiple games.
page 23: She was made to resemble a high elf from the Agarest series.
page 24: This character was made to be an almost exact copy of the character Snow from the Spectral Souls series, specifically the spin-off game Blazing Souls.
That's all the ones I know.
