To answer Sandy's question, this is a prime example of sexual arousal by conceptual exaggeration. since the context is "masculine traits" (higher up association being domination and power) including muscles, size, and gigantic male genitals, it makes sense that gay men (who arguably are more sensitive to such concepts and their effects) may find it more arousing than woman.
