@rcaladlr: I managed to contact an editor of Action Pizzaz Mag few days ago, asking him why there is not Iza's work anymore, if she just gave up this series ... ?! and that's his reply:
"こんばんは。淫Y赤絨毯最新話は十六夜先生がただいま鋭意制作中です。お待たせしておりますが、掲載号が決まりましたら雑誌の予告ページで告知いたします。よろしくお願いします。"
To be brief, it says that Izayoi is working on the last part of that series at this time. No date fixed yet but when they will fixe one for the 8th chapter, they will write a message on "next month upcoming" page of A.Pizzaz.
Then keep an eye on next few months titles, I am sure she will be back pretty soon ;)

About Uncensored Iza stuff ... I seriously doubt one day Izayoi releases an Uncensored manga whereas this law is still in place in Japan.
But if you want to enjoy her work without this fucking sick censor, there is Boshi W Soukan which is far to be uncens but has a very weak one. So weak, than you can clearly see all genitals detail:
