Naming convention:

AABCC

AA = Arc (Up to 10 are out as of Oct 2014)
B = Chapter (Usually 4)
CC = Card number

PR (promotional cards) bend the convention but are generally categorized under their arc. Alt colors exclusive to the browser game also uses the same card number as opposed to the actual alt colored versions that were released as cards.

Fugakuden is the prequel and TCS has no story thus both are named differently.

There are no real mangas that I know of. You might find small bits out in the market but that's pretty much it, aside from the doujins. Though it would be awesome to have one.
