Based Cyclo-! So because it's Miki Hoshii's birthday, he decided to upload a digital version of his 2010 Miki Birthday doujinshi for free on Pixiv. I forget if I actually own a physical copy of this one--I have a -ton- of iM@S books in my scanning backlog right now--but now the point is kinda moot since we've got a copy straight from the author. I'm uploading it here for the sake of completeness, but below I'll also be putting the pixiv link so that people who have accounts can check it out there for free if so interested. Enjoy!
