The Queen's Blade series IS Kentaro Miura tier. Remember that rape scene in Berserk like 20 volumes ago? Queen's Blade took that scene and ran with it.

Oh and George R. R. Martin? Wars are so common they built "The Wall" to keep their NEIGHBORS out, no need for near-humanity-extinction-inducing enemies for that. (Just imagine how fucked up Westeros would have to be if they built "The Wall" to keep their neighbors out, let alone the White Walkers)
