Not to take away from the quality of this particular submission but the defining element of Mahou Shoujo Ai is how brutally and graphically the girls of the series are violated. The h-anime took this up to eleven (the first ten minutes of Ep 4 especially) to the point that any follow up or fan work that lacks the same level of extreme violation is a disappointment.

TL:DR Mahou Shoujo Ai H-anime set the bar for graphic and brutal tentacle rape and most content featuring the characters since then hasn't reached that bar.
