The setup is basically, monsters are trying to integrate into human society so they pair individual monsters with host families for them to live with for a while, kinda like a foreign exchange program. It's more or less your typical harem comedy only with different types of monster girls instead of humans. There's no hentai but plenty of topless nudity and adult humor.
