Second for me as well. It had far more interesting side-characters. Cocona in particular was a bundle of adorable awesomeness.

We definitely need more Ar Tonelico in this place though.

Ar tonelico is indeed very hard to recommend.

On one hand, you can have some of the best music EVER and characters that would just make you cry and love them even more.

On the other, you have really poor gameplay, some dodgy mechanics that make me go "WHY", and a storyline that ranges from "meh" to "wow" at a drop of a hat.
