Didn't read anything except page 21, but the translation there is completely wrong. I don't know how you came up with this, but the mail is sent by Rinka, not by the manager.

Hell, you missed the first line. こんばんは、りんかです means "good evening, it's Rinka" (not "good morning", don't know how you got that). マネージャーの優しさに感謝しています means "I'm thankful for my manager's (aka, your) kindness". I think you just don't know enough Japanese to translate this if it wasn't immediately obvious that it's from Rinka.

However, I am going to ask some questions (because I'm curious now). I want you guys to see why I went in the direction I did, and what led me to the translation I made.

1) Have you seen Scandalous Act 4? Sample pics came out recently, and some of the pictures are Rinka forced to sit on a duck in an exposed diaper filled with poop (by the managers wish), and then being lied down on a bed while the manager takes off parts of her clothes. Her look is not one of excited joy or perverted nature, it's extreme embarrassment.

When doing this translation, I saw that, and didn't really think Rinka would send in pictures like this.
However, I didn't translate the act 4 pics out in full. I just looked at the hearts in the Managers dialogue and the lack of in Rinka's and assumed that this was something the manager perhaps loved more than Rinka.

2) What about on page 9? This is when Rinka is literally crying, saying she's so sorry to her manager while the manager is loving that embarrassment.
Again, this made me really doubt Rinka sent the pics to The manager. Rinka loves going in her pants, but she's extremely embarrassed by it. The manager loves this emotional struggle, and starts to feed off of it.
And, that's why I assumed the manager got and sent the pics. Because she has much more to gain by it. If she loves Rinka being embarrassed, then getting an opportunity to do more of it seems like a dream come true. Rinka, on the other hand, showed no desire to show it. While going to the bathroom multiple times in her pants, all of those times have been hidden, and she's spent so much time hiding it from her manager. She has little to gain from this, and did not seem to express any interest beforehand. This made me doubt a new interest suddenly popped up to have her manager involved.
At least, that's what I assumed.

3) Why would Rinka refer to her own outfit as テインクレンものだ。
"Twinklen thing?"

4) Okay, I did fuck up the 1st line. My apologies.

5) When did Rinka take the pictures? The picture on the right is from page 16 (you can even see where the speech bubbles were left in) and the left from page 11.
Rinka pretty much goes into going in her pants. I mean, since the pictures do the talking in manga and such, I assumed that if she wanted to take pictures, there'd be some indication that she would, or that she even had a camera.

6) Why would Rinka take pictures? She could have sent a " I want you to know more about this" without the pictures. And, since she's trying to hide it, why would she take the time to make pictures?

7) Rinka loves going in her pants, and that's about it. Why does she want the manager to come in? She seems pretty content in what she's doing.

Again, I don't ask to insult, but to learn. I find this language to be very beautiful, and I want to understand as much as possible of it. But I'm also a big fan of theater and stories, and at the time of translation it made more sense to me that the manager take advantage of Rinka than Rinka add someone new when she's only been doing this hidden.

Also, about the first line.
です doesn't indicate state of being. It's not the polite version of だ to imply that one is something.
です merely is a polite stem which is used for formality.
So, the sentence isn't "Good evening, this is Rinka." It's "Good evening, Rinka (polite)."

I don't know how you can say you're looking up every other word and then in the same message try to argue Japanese with people. Most of your arguments seem to be based off what makes sense to you in the story rather than what's actually happening in the Japanese. I count no less than 4 "I assume"s in your last post. That's a huge issue.

です is a copula to indicate state of being. It can be used in some situations where だ can't simply for formality (such as after い adjectives) but it's used to indicate state of being. りんかです means, unequivocally, "It's Rinka". In this case, it's because she's introducing herself at the start of the email.

I'm not going to address your other points, because they're all well explained if you actually look at the Japanese instead of guessing based on what you think Rinka should be doing.

The best thing I can suggest to you is read a lot of things and look up example sentences that are constructed similarly to get a sense for how it's working. alc.co.jp is a great resource for this.

And, for the other points, I'm still gonna go with what I did. I used "I assume" because I didn't want to seem impolite, but to be frank "she's a pervert" is not a reasonable answer.
Nothing in her personality or style indicates that she would just randomly send pictures and want her manager to get involved in her private life. With her having no camera and not actively taking pictures during her experience (which the pictures show), added to her shyness and embarrassment about this whole thing, it makes no fucking sense why she would want someone else. Nothing else in the comic hints to it, and nothing about Rinka would ever lead to a reasonable conclusion that she wants anyone else involved.

It makes more sense that the manager, who loves to see Rinka embarrassed and has so much more to gain, would acquire pictures of her without her knowing and send an e-mail stating that "とっても恥ずかしですが、今夜のりんかの姿を送ります” (Very shameful is (from GA, subject identifier) tonight Rinka's appearance send) In order to blackmail her. I figured this roughly turned into "These pictures I send of Rinka's appearance tonight are very shameful"
So, yeah. I'm gonna stick with blackmail, and what I wrote.

If you aren't happy with this, you're more than welcome to make your own translation and post it. I don't think that GE Hentai has any rules against it.

Ps: "In more complicated fare" means in rather challenging stuff (more kanji focused, minimal hiragana). So, the whole sentence where I mentioned looking up each word was indicated for "more complicated" comics.
