I think #4 is Ravage. I THINK #8 is probably Starscream, but that's mostly from the facial expression. Going by the Pixiv page (thanks, x46827193PM!), #3 is Soundwave,
(After more research, #4 seems to be Shockwave, and #7 might be Starscream instead.)

Overall, I'm baffled. (And thankful that the Autobot designs from this author aren't up as well, although I'm not complaining.)
