Because Non-H, specifically, shares the art style and many of the character designs of H and the source material, while Misc is, generally, original or 3D material that can't be mistaken for H or non-H.

Also because if H counts as Sex with the proxy of HLogic, Non-H is fluff and sometimes violent themes, and Misc goes between 3DSmut, legitimate webcomics that have their own hosting sites, and material that doesn't count as either.
