I took all those pics from my skyrim gameplay using a pin point mod, there are also a lot of other mods to make my character look hot such body collor modifications, new hair styles, face modificators and the list goes on. For being a Dunmer (Dark Elf)... she is awfully fair-skinned instead of dark blue/ebony-ish.
