I assume you're referring to the X-ray thing. Most of the time, they're just a visual cue anyway, meant to make the scene more erotic and stuff. So them being accurate or not don't really matter. Think of the exaggerated and more common "angry veins" or "sweat drops".

So I decided to play the game, and as far as NTR go, this is very well made, in terms of number of scenes and NTR story. If you're into NTR, and can play the game, I'd recommend it... The art is pretty nice, and the heroine is pretty hot (I like the short hair-style too).

So, play MC perspective first, then dual perspective, and at the second run, choose to view the flashback.
