this is labeled as netorare on dlsite. Pretty sure the storyline is the girl is a childhood friend, becomes a gang leader, and gets raped by that guy you see in the pictures. The guy in the picture should be the bully who joined her gang after he got beat up by her. The first sex scene is where he drugs her to sleep.

Anyway, that's why you have the pictures of 196-207 where she's secretly fucking him in front of the hero. On pics 335-342, she's fucking him while the hero is sleeping. I bought this awhile back, great story.

So I did an OCR rip of most of the images and ran it through google/bing/atlas translate

Basically. Villain gets beat up and pretends to reform by joining her. He finds out that she's about to give her virginity to the hero, so he drugs her and rapes her. He then says his dick is big, so she won't feel any pleasure when she has sex with the hero since she'll be used to the villain's big dick (pg 58-77). After a few weeks, he makes up this weird plan where the hero is being blackmailed, and the only way out of it is for the girl to make sex tapes with the villain for 3 months. The villain has sex with her and she starts wondering why his dick is so big and feels so good and why it feels like she's felt his dick before (pg 119-147) and why the hero's dick is so small. After he cums in her, he then asks her if she wants to go for a 2nd round and they continue to have sex for the next two hours (pg 149-159).

Then the two continue to make sex tapes. At pg 259, it's the end of the three months and the sex tapes were "delivered" and hero is no longer blackmailed. The villain then gives the girl a pregnancy test and she finds out she's pregnant with villain's child. The hero finds out she's pregnant and thinks it's his child, and so the two get married (Pg 271-296) and three years pass.

Afterwards, she begins to have sex with the villain again (pg 298). THen another two years pass, and they're having sex in the bathroom stall at the school reunion. Then another few years pass and she's having sex during her wedding anniversary in order to get pregnant again. Another 12 years pass and another reunion. After all this time, she ends up pregnant with about 4 (or 5?) of the villain's kids. Villain shares same room with girl/husband, and they fucked again while husband is sleeping. Villain wants to impregnate her again and she says ok, and they keep fucking that night in order to get her pregnant. In the end, she says she's definitely pregnant with his child again.
