Bishamon from the Darkstalkers 2D Gothic horror-themed fighting games from Capcom. Or more precise - its his female form. Demitri Maximoff (badass vampire) has a special attack "Midnight Bliss" to change his opponents in a more... befitting role: females get more casual/sexy - males turn into their female alter ego.
