A few comments:
The way this artist shades his work kind of reminds me of Richard Corben, and the Orc in this looks a bit like Betty Page for some reason ^_^

Can't say I'm a fan of the gay content, though (no offense to anyone) so a few of the pages won't be going into my collection.

Lastly, does this really deserve a 'snuff' tag? yes, there is a beheading, but its done 'off camera', and when compared to other stuff here with that tag that scene was practically PG rated, not X (for Violence ^_^)
