Not normally what you think when you see the guro tag. I know it fits the broad meaning of the term but normaly around here you have to be be damaging the body most often to death to warrant a guro tag. Here the eye is already missing and what ever brain needed removed so not really meeting the way guro is tagged around here, eye penetration covers everything you need to know.
