I can't actually translate all of this since some words escape me, but I can give a small summary:

The first line is a little difficult for me to understand, Haru's calling out to Rin about a meeting. It could be something like "you had something important to meet/discuss." Anyway, Rin's silence almost causes Haru to just leave, but then, a bit shyly, Rin asks Haru how big Mako is "down there". Nonchalantly, Haru lets him know, getting Rin pretty worked up. Rin tries to play it off, kinda like "ha, totally knew he'd be pretty big lol", and attempts to bail. Haru notes that Rin must really have a crush on Makoto, and calls out to him asking if Rin wants to know how Makoto's like during sex. Rin nods and Haru thinks that's pretty cute.

Haru tells Rin Makoto's kisses feel amazingly good, and that while kissing he likes to touch the chest. I believe Haru's still speaking in the bubble where they're referring to "massaging like this." He asks Rin if Rin likes being teased. Rin thinks about how this is bad cause his nipples are really weak/sensitive on the next page. When Haru reaches for his crotch to further describe activities with Makoto, Rin tell him time out, says something I can't read, mentions how his senpai are waiting for him, and bails.

Haru mutters to himself about how cute Rin was, and how he should tell Makoto. Rin is freaking out cause he almost "just did it with Haru". Off to the side, someone notices Matsuoka's arrived. Seijuurou starts asking where Rin was, but Rin's really keyed up and just says Nitori and Mikoshiba's names.

Rin says to the captain "please touch my chest a lot today." Seijuurou is pretty surprise, like "here??". Nitori starts trying to say something to Rin but he tells him to just shut up and kisses him. While he's kissing Nitori, he asks Seijuurou to keep it up w/ massaging his chest. The following page is Rin recalling the stuff Haruka said about sex with Makoto, and wondering if it'd be just like what he's doing now.

Though I can read it, I don't really know how to translate what Seijuurou's sayin on the following page. "Matsuoka, Is it alright to call out like usual?" It seems to be something like that. Just sounds weird to me. Rin starts calling out Makoto's name over and over when he says that, and Nitori feels pretty bad for Rin. Whatever the case, it inspires both Nitori and Seijuurou to continue with a little more Vigor, and at this point Rin is completely wrapped up in the fantasy of doing it with Makoto, and loses it.

On the following page, I think Seijuurou's mentioning how it was pretty erotic Matsuoka got like that from just kissing and massaging his chest. Nitori asks Rin he really felt that good, and kisses him. While they're kissing Rin notices Seijuurou's erection, and Seijuurou asks if it's okay. Rin says he wants it, while Nitori whines about Rin being too cruel. (Probably from leaving him out.) Rin relents and says he'll do it with his mouth (muttering that Nitori's selfish.)

On the following page, Rin still thinks about wanting to do erotic things with Makoto.

Makoto asks Haruka where he went a little while ago, Haru replies he was with Rin. Mako's just like "oh, that so?" Haru then tell Makoto that Rin really seems to love Mako. I'm not really sure what Mako replies. Something about laughing in this case? Not sure if he thinks it's a joke or an awkward thing to say when they're about to bang. They end up getting intimate, and stop because Makoto says something to Haru... I"m not really sure what he's talking about. The important thing is Haru comes to a realization: that they should have a threesome. (Three way relationship maybe?) Mako is surprised, and Haru asks if it's no good. Mako says something like it not exactly being bad, maybe if Haru wants it, but then he gets surprised again. (Possibly because he realizes he's sort of agreeing to it.)
