Rough summary (it wasn't me who was translating it):
Oikawa tricked Iwa-chan to believe he was dating girls by showing him a half empty condom box (it is implied at the end). Iwa-chan gets upset and feels insecure about his relationship with Oikawa, stops talking to him. At the locker room, Oiwaka says he is happy if Iwa-chan gets upset or jealous over him because Iwa chan never said he loves Oikawa while Oikawa said that many times.Oikawa says it is ok with him if Iwa chan doesn't love him, he is happy if Iwa-chan lets him kiss him and do H things until Iwa chan gets a girlfriend. That makes Iwa chan teary (it is not clear but I am sure Iwa-chan gets tears in his eyes while hiding his face). After they did H thing, Oikawa says "let's date" ("Tsukiau" in japanese translates 'dating' but it is used when two people get into a proper relationship), and ask Iwa-chan to say I love you from time to time. Iwa chan gets touched ans is about to say "Su..{ki}" then he changes it to "i wanna eat {sukiyaki} (japanese beef dish, yum!).
