The source files aren't animated. It's just a looped PNG. There are also no missing CGs but there are unused portraits and backgrounds images. I'm pretty sure image 58 isn't used too.

The whole gameplay revolves around the Player named MC running away from all the delinquents trying to rape you while finding a cure inside the school. Getting caught would result in one of the cgs. The one where the MC got pregnated is one of the endings where his friend got him out and decided to stay as a girl.
