This was edited pretty poorly...The quality of the painting aside, how did you even manage to have such sharp edges? It looks like you painted every individual asset separately on a single-colour background and then tried to move it around by using the magic-eraser. Ever heard of transparent layers?
Looking at your past uploads, if they're your work, I don't really see a good reason for such a drop in quality...Or for an artist's common sense.

Although I can accept the "it was just a rainy-day gig" argument, this is still about how the initial skeleton was drawn and henceforth handled to the end of the process. Someone whom draws on a transparent background should never see such sharp outlines unless you : A. try to cut away the outline away from a non-transparent-background, possibly a white-background (which results in sharp, pixelated outlines like the following) :

Or: B. As you said, the auto-smoothed, gradient edges of the outline, post hue / colour-change, got a lil' fucked up and nobody wanted to clean it up. But that's just as rare, really.

My point is : That issue is way, way too easy to avoid, it simply baffles me.
I haven't mentioned anything about how pleasant this is to use or not, I was merely speaking of the technicalities, as it really does fascinate me how you, ZXC, managed to end up with something like that.
The program you use forces you to use non-transparent backgrounds? Most people use Photoshop, which should make it extremely easy to avoid such blunders. |:
If you're painting everything on a single layer, and then crop the assets out after everything's painted...Don't, stop it. D: Sketch the initial skeleton, create new layers, paint & shade the assets individually in their own lonesome layer.
Or, something else happened and I have no idea.

To the plebs whom gave me negative ratings...This is constructive-criticism. ZXC, hopefully you really will improve upon this. Yer already showing competent painting and drawing skills (I like your themes, btw), you just need to avoid drawing everything on a single layer if you're planning to move it around like this..

@Solipsist: I think these are some really quick, casual works. He's probably just drawing these in a rainy day.

I do draw my own some hentai images from time to time (since I have already invested so much money in commissions and I got the skill myself), and from my experience these may be just some half-day works. He probably separated the layers so he can change the facial expressions/body parts individually. And the color change just came from adjustment of Hue/Saturation.

Cleaning outlines can be a really time-consuming process and maybe that's why he didn't take that time to do so. And the way he paints doesn't necessarily require cleaned outline like those you see in most of the Japanese hentai. But I do agree that the lines are little too bold and dark that they make the images look less natural.

After all as long as we can "use" the images we should thank the artist for that. Some artworks are so amazing in terms of quality and details but I just can't use them (happened to most of the commissions). So I think it's a quite good job here.
