With a title like "Cheer Girl", it seemed guaranteed that the cheerleader tag would be applicable, but counting the pages with cheerleader props/clothing, it just falls short of meeting the presence rule. That's too bad as there is actually a bit of cheerleading activity in the first third of the tankoubon.
