And that "last" last chapter was weird for me to understand. So Hisako keeps getting NTR'd after as well? Or was that just some for of threat or something? Oh well.

Well, if Miito is moving on from this story, it'd be nice if he were to create another one similar to it... A story about a girl having lots and lots of sex! He does do some nice "nakadashi" and "impregnation" fetishes... Although hopefully with a less confusing timeline to the story :p

Now I can't read a lick of this but, from what I can understand, the first story is the after story of the girl and guy after lustfulberry, the other are what happened iin between the lustfulberry story and the last is the girl negotiating with the guy to find someone other than the ntr girl so she can make amends so they are going to go after the other girl who left as a replacement I think. Take what I say with a grain of salt though.

In Masyo 2015-06 there is lustful berry after, the first story of this tankoubon. The "last episode" seem to be really the last episode.

Not really fluent enough to say for sure what is going on but on page 205 the guy is calling out to 春子 (Haruko?) not 桐子 (Hisako) and they have the same last name, so the new woman in the first chapter seems to be Hisako's mother. Seems the guy is good as long as he gets a woman similar to Hisako as a replacement.
