Now that was surprising. I dove in here fully aware of the face that the artist, Hal can do some pretty intense work. But then after observing it first, noticed that it is vanilla, and is vanilla.

EDIT: This is Comic Masyo. Compare his masyo works with shingeki, they're all a lot softer. The worst thing he did in there had like one bad page out of a whole oneshot and got mistagged.

He doesn't even have that much Masyo content period (the subtext even says "Long-awaited return!" like he was ever missing, since his last work with Masyo was last year). It's all Shingeki, no wonder it's all rape and misery.
