From the beginning, I already see a problem in the story. If they needed to buy males, they wouldn't have gotten too advanced to buy males, because in one generation (assuming their lifespan isn't infinite), then they couldn't advance to that point to buy males. They would have died out before even getting to buy males. Also, that's assuming they could even breed with them. They're probably different species. That also being, they would have evolved to produce offspring anyways. There would be males or some other way reproduction happened.

This pretty much kills the story, so I don't think I can continue to be honest.

Don't care much for the ending. It's actually pretty typical to end on a "sad note" where hope is lost, minds are broken, and the men are basically turned into butt slaves. Honestly, it's quite boring. I've seen the same ending many times over. Though, in the light of things, it really couldn't have gotten any other way other than a bloody war with loss or win, or some kind of treaty.

i think they just have such a sudden ending to keep it in a certain amount of pages. Otherwise, the doujin/manga would've gotten too long.

Then again, it's probably best to finish the story nicely instead of just turn of the viewers (you guys). A lot of people don't like the ending.
