I remember in the Diablo 1 days, this sort of idea (minus the hentai) was proposed as a way to randomly generate dungeons while making them seem "custom tailored" for the individual player. The problem was that if the "host" or multiple players left (again, Diablo 1 inspired days) the difficulty of the dungeon could/would skyrocket or become outright impossible for the remaining players. (There was no way to reduce enemy magic resistance in Diablo 1 so if a monster had Fire Immunity and the only thing you had were fire spells, GG)
