I think this series has been getting mediocre as it goes on. Either that Or I'm to nostalgic with the older games. I liked the story
The First one, The main character's goal is to take over the mind of a college classmate, and there's Rei as an obstacle.

The Second one, The main character feels like he want's to have revenge against a lot of people.

The Third one, This is when I beginning to think the story is getting bad and starts the Highschool Setting. This isn't bad yet since there are 2 main characters and they are against each other and we see both perspectives.

Then Zero, The story is meh at this point. The main character have a stronger power than some random person, and there is some sort of body switching going on that doesn't seem like much is going on.

Then ∞, I don't even remember what happen in this one. It's feels like any other Hypno games in a highschool setting.

This one. feels no different from the last. Even though I can't get AGTH work on it. Just looking at it make it feels like the last one.

Extra: I also enjoy Slave To Electric Waves too since the setting is inside a tv studio.

What are everyone's thoughts about this series.

If you have already played ∞, you will realize the timeline of this game, taking place between SS1/2 and SS3. One of the heroines in this game (the one with a lab coat) is the younger Haruki, who was the same teacher who experimented on her student in SS3, causing the whole event in it. Personally, i like this game quite a bit, mostly cause its ED isn't twisted and dark like the other SS games. In fact, it felt like a happy end (discarding the fact that Haruki was gonna become a slave in SS3). To be honest, even though i don't hate dark scenarios (like in SS0 where Yuu takes over Rei, or the end of SS∞), i still like this game more than the others despite its obviously downgraded artwork (possibly to look more connected to SS3).

BooyaMan: You should use ITH, i think it's better than AGTH in most cases, or just use Visual Novel Reader.

OP just made me laugh(Haruki's V.O. is the singer) and made me know straight away that this one will not contain dark, twisted story.

Well for me it's still Soushinjutsu, but in happy and funny version.

Well actually, Mobius cover partially what happen before all SS games AND what happen after all SS games (and the part where you make choices and all is a filler going somewhere in the middle).

Now to go back on commenting the gallery/game, one thing I liked is that there are lots of non-heroines scenes.
