I'll give you the water thing but her position is somewhat balanced. That tentacle wraps around her waist as it did in the image preceding it, pushing against right leg while she braces her upper body with right her hand. You can see her left hand holding up the other leg. I know can't tell by this stunning 1200 x 600 resolution but at the full 1080 you see her foot is dipped into the water, not resting on it: P

A true physics buff would have noticed that the 7th frame is the most imbalanced, where Cassidy (the red head) would fall headfirst into the pool unless she had some Freakishly strong hip flexors.
