He didn't really become her "baby" except in one random scene with the classic breast sucking+handjob pose where he calls her mama.

This is fine as a pseudo-yandere muchimuchi reverse rape story, but the title of this CG set is about becoming her baby, and there's only 1 random scene in the middle where he calls her mama, after that it's -sama, on top of lovingly talking about having kids together (not something you do with a baby). The baby scene is even one of the 4 preview scenes on the cover, so I felt misled.
