first part the brother-in-law begs her for sex and goes on to get her pregnant while stealing her from his big brother. the second part she tells him she's pregnant and he's like "NOT MINE!!!" and bounces running away. the new guy is called お兄ちゃん onii-chan, but i'm like 99% sure he's just a childhood friend and she says that out of closeness. she tells him everything including how she's pregnant and he phones his friend saying he got a new toy to play with. he forces himself on her and she gets addicted to it like with the brother-in-law. the new netorare guy tells the brother-in-law he has to get the husbands signature if he wants to get an abortion and asks what he'll do. the brother-in-law tells him leave everything to me.

the ending scene the new netorare guy says is it okay? your brother-in-law is watching. she replies who cares? he abandoned me then invites him to fuck her.
