If you are looking for the sequel, there isn't one. The devs never made it.

As for the lack of a proper cover: again, there isn't one. The only other "cover" I could find is an even smaller, cropped version of this one. This hasn't ever been released as a hard copy, nor registered on dlsite and getchu only has one of the CGs as cover.
