Translation's error, the translator probably knew little of SAO wouldn't have mistaked the 'Sugu' for 'Suzu'

Please, tell me that the question is a joke. It was bad enough that a dou so beautifully written had Kirito act as such a bastard to abandon Sugu after getting her pregnant (Anyone who knows him enough would know that he would NEVER do that), but if you can't even get that...Honestly, I don't know if being sad or relieved it was all a story made up by a drunk Klein (Though Kazuto and Sugu's faces after hearing it are like a poem XD), at least he got beaten up by it XP

Kazuto is being in denial about the whole thing, of course. He went crazy in the story.

Anyways, doesn't make sense how the translator would write "Suzu", even if he's not familiar with SAO, considering the raw has it written "Sugu" in katakana.
スグ and スズ don't even look alike.
