I guess I've just seen some shit (try "Pain Princess") but this is strangely tame for what seems to be aiming for a grotesque body horror atmosphere. Setting aside the backpedal ending, her breasts pop off her body like she's made out of clay and there's no nasty little details that really sell the idea of serious injury. And then it goes for deliberate comedy with that chef hat.

Pretty interesting.
I've enjoyed this artist's work since XR Ropes, the lovingly detailed breasts are rendered in a unique fashion.
The "bloodless gore" here is interesting, too.

The "it was all a dream, or was it?" ending is a bit of a cop-out. But it would be totally awesome if the artist does a follow-up where she meets the torturador (or something else) "for real", and this time the gore isn't bloodless (since it's not a dream).

I think (hope) the author is going for some kind of permanent nightmare scenario. They set it up with the plant going into the chick's brain, and then the guro part has a dramatic shift in color and tone which implies it didn't actually happen. A creature like "Torturador" definitely sounds like the type to torture someone with endless nightmares.
