That glasses-wearing old man is supposedly to be the woman's husband. His body is starting to show it's age and can no longer perform satisfactorily to give his young wife a child, so they enlist the help of a teenager to do the deed in front of the husband.

I loled at this premise used by quite a few manga. Why the fuck do these fertile young women get married to ancient old men in the first place, when they know deep inside they can't be fully happy with such age-gap life partner? The dumb old men aren't any better, they should find someone their age. Don't they know they're setting up themselves, sooner or later; for a marriage life of cuckoldery by marrying these gold-digging young women?

Women are by their biological nature, much like their male counterpart, sexual and horny creatures. I'm not convinced they could be happy living a life without any sort of sexual gratification or intimacy, sooner or later, being young and youthful; they're gonna crave some hard dicking and will seek to go astray. Their old and wrinkled spouse be damned!

Although, yes I agree that sometimes true love do exists between people with contrasting age. However, I just think it is extremely rare, as most such marriages are borne out of convenience.
