This is a Praetorian, Queen's most closest personal guardians, and also most powerful of the Warrior type. Praetorian xenomorphs are basically evolved versions of Warrior xenomorphs, much more powerful, agile, resilient and durable. They have small garment on their heads resembling those of Queen's crown, but they're not Queen and cannot be since they're sterile.
