It's an alternate reality where Trunks and Gohan in the future beat the androids and are now fighting their version of Majin Buu with the help of the main timeline cast.

Also Trunks is a girl.

I don't think it can be a sequel to /g/543158/c241e72d67. In that one trunks was a boy and got temporarily turned into a girl by bulma, but in this one trunks was apparently a girl from the beginning; on page 13 you can see young trunks in a dress. Author says it's based on "shin bu-z," which is apparently an abbreviation for shin budokai z, a psp game.

For anyone who is confused, this is an alternate "epilogue" of the PSP fighting game DBZ: Shin Budokai: Another Road. The game's story was a what-if addressing what would happen if Majin Buu reawakened in Future Trunk's world, since that is never addressed. The "current" timeline heroes come to help Future Trunks, and in the process Future Gohan is resurrected and is given the Mystic power-up. This doujin obviously has a genderbent Future Trunks rather than the regular male one.
