If I got it right the heroine is a fallen noble who is into prostitution to pay up her debts. Game is netori (MC is Souta btw) and depending of the choices it can turn from netori to netorase and if ir goes wrong, netorare.
And there is time travel involved always in the game with MC's magic pocket watch.
