@BluMeino: If I were to speculate, I think Angel Blade and Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer were originally meant to take place in the same universe, as Karin Son appears in both franchises, and both franchises have a character named Shaia Hishizaki (albeit they're not the same character). I did not know that Ayame Fudo was originally named Maika. If there's one thing I've learned about Masami Ohbari, it's that he is a HUGE fan of SNK Playmore's Mai Shiranui, as Ayame Fudo and the Gowcaizer incarnation of Shaia Hishizaki are basically redrawings of her.

Although both Shaia's are different, remember that in the 2P color for her in Gowcaizer is pretty much the same look in Angel Blade.
