You know, I actually met her at Anime Expo 2014, and I asked her how she got the tails on her Ahri cosplay to hold shape, and she said she used PVC piping. Since she was in a hurry, I didn't get much of a chance to talk any more besides what parts where purchased and what parts where made (IE: corset was purchased, cat ears and hat where made) but I was impressed to hear how much of it was done at home, and most of all by her and not someone else! She gets a big thumbs up in my book just for craftsmanship alone.

to Mr. Dude:
having seen her in person, I can say that's not Photoshop, but most likely really good makeup... should have asked if she did her own makeup too.
