Meh. Those two never died before, so they could just use the Dragon Balls..... And before anyone down votes me, just remember that it's a viable option within this series, so if/whenever I see a character get axed in a series that has direct means to revive even the dead like nothing, it takes that element of despair out of the equation. Just remember that Goku went on a small journey and destroyed a whole goddamn army on a whim just to revive one kid's dad, so I don't feel entirely too bad about this outcome.
