Understanding and enjoyment of this Artist CG will depend heavily on the viewers knowledge of the plot of Accel World, specifically that of the blackmailing incident.
Those that have not seen or read Accel World would be extremely confused.

The translation to english is fair but there are some grammatical errors. The characters resemblance to the originals is passing but the artist depiction of breasts is very odd, being too far apart on women and oddly shaped pectorals on men. That said it delivers on the kink content, focusing mainly on deflowering, anal, scat, and blackmail rape.
