Now, about the content of the book, it's absolutly outstanding, I had so many expectations from only that big sample that came out a few weeks ago but this is just too much, it's really awesome, of course I was expecting some of story but here actually we have such a heavy plot, very deep to the usual standards of the OreImo doujinshis, for me this fits very well with the canon and because of that (and a lot of other things more) I totally loved (I mean, to me this is actually canon from now on), however a sequel is obligatory (I mean, c'mon I want to know what comes now for every one of them because this can´t be the end).

Chinse version is slightly less censored and a slightly differently drawn ( not only less bars ). Also, this book and it's content/ style reminds me a bit of HBO's books from this series : good art, lewd content and Kirono in bitch mode.

I've been waiting for this to come out. Great story and art, although I felt like they should have gone with Kirino, or she should have stayed, later is more common I know, but it feels like they are never going to meet or contact each other again. It's sad.

Too lazy to translate, so have a synopsis:
Kyousuke and Kirino have sex. Dad finds out, beats up Kyousuke. Family breaks up. Kirino disappears and no one can find her.
Fast forward 10 years. Dad dies from grief. Kyousuke married, living in apartment with Manami.
Hears about Kirino is coming back, goes home. Kirino reveals that she got married.
The two of them rekindle their sexual relationship anyway.
Kirino starts coming over to Kyousuke/Manami's home to have sex.

Kirino talks about her husband, who she uses as a replacement for Kyousuke

Manami finds out, slaps Kyousuke. Kirino asks Kuroneko for advice.
Kirino visits Manami while Kyousuke's at work. Offers a drink, spikes it, rapes Manami with a dildo.

Flashback about Kirino's last ten years. Falls in with a bad bunch, eventually becoming a prostitute

Kyousuke comes home, rushes to Minami's side. Kirino reveals it was Manami who ratted them out to Dad. (Mom knew but kept it secret.)

Flashback to Kirino's meeting with Kuroneko. Kirino doesn't actually want to take back Kyousuke
She just hates how Kyousuke's put on a mask, pretending their relationship never happened. Plans to disappear after fixing that
Kuroneko notes how ridiculous that plan is, but it's also "just like something Kirino would do."

Kirino's about to leave, but Manami pulls her back, and they have a threesome.
Kirino leaves in the morning. Tells her mother/husband everything, breaks up with husband, disappears.
Minami probably pregnant. On his way to work, Kyousuke gets pummeled by Kirino's ex.
Kyousuke's glad that there's someone else (other than dad) who can get angry on Kirino's behalf.
Kirino probably pregnant.

P.S. Someone asked me: "Out of curiosity what's the justification of : let's have 3some in Oreno book ? It hardly makes any sense after yuri rape."
Kirino was trying to help their marriage. In doujinland this translated to raping Manami with a dildo "just as thick as Kyousuke's cock when he's having sex with me."
And then when Kyousuke arrives Kirino drops line about Manami being the one who ratted them out, so Manami doesn't have to hide it anymore.
Kirino wants to leave at this point, now Manami knows they both love Kyousuke just as much, so she pulls out the old "Just for tonight" line.

Great summary, really thanks alot @marzipan, is really helpful, I was a bit confused about the timeline regarding Kirino with the bunch of thugs (I was not sure if that had happened before or after her first time with Kyousuke), and I was sure she was taking revange on Manami but I did don't know why, so again really thank you very much.

Again, I loved it, the art is really good and now that I know the plot points I can honestly say that this story is even better than the original (at least better than the canon ending of the novels to me), and now more than ever I know that this doujin deserves and should have a sequel, at least one short book with what happened with them (mainly if one or maybe both of them were pregnant).

我来给大家讲下这个本子具体是啥剧情。

漫画首先接上动画剧情的结尾部分，京介和妹妹相恋后，过上了不知羞耻的生活。然而好景不长，他们的关系暴露了。京介爸爸大发雷霆，京介被打得住进了医院，妹妹也因此离家出走，再也没有回来。爸爸于是每日酩酊大醉，不久就去世了，京介则和土妹子结婚，从此过上了性♂福快乐的生活。然而剧情这才刚刚开始！

自兄妹相别十年后的某一天，京介偶然得知了妹妹会回家的消息。于是在忐忑之中两人再次在熟悉的家中会面，没想到虽阔别十年，彼此的激情仍然没有熄灭。即使京介发现妹妹的手上已经戴上了结婚戒指。他们又开始在家里，甚至在土妹子的家中，在土妹子的结婚照旁，两人再次堕入了淫欲的陷阱。很快，土妹子注意到了这一切，隐忍之后矛盾爆发了。

妹妹挨了土妹子一巴掌后（吃我腹交拳！），找到了黑喵商量，黑喵表示：你高兴就好。反正我都会支持你的。然后妹妹找到了土妹子，说要下战书，于是和土妹子喝酒，趁机就给她下了药。接下来就进入了本系列的高潮部分。当然在此之前还插入了一段回忆，就是妹妹离家出走后的生活，也是本篇被黑得最多的一部分。

妹妹离家出走后，因为各种原因被迫在类似黑社会组织的威胁下卖身。期间有金主提出要将她赎出包养。妹妹拒绝了：我要结束这样的生活。在妹妹重返自由之后她遇到了她现在的丈夫，虽然普通又平凡，混在人群中都认不出来。但是他告白时候的勇气，他的举手投足，使妹妹在他的身上仿佛看到了京介的影子。日复一日，他们的交往日渐深入，直到在一次媾和之时，妹妹下意识地喊出了哥哥的名字：京介！妹妹反应过来之后哭泣不止，丈夫不知为何，只能在旁轻轻地安慰她。妹妹也知道了，哥哥永远是她心中替代不了的那个人。她决心要回去了，即使她早已知道，哥哥已身为人夫。于是时间线就回到了本书最开始的部分。

在给土妹子下药之后，妹妹对她进行了一系列的调♂教，并且开始进行一系列的百合行为。在百合的过程中，妹妹使用了道具黄瓜，土妹子说这太大了，她受不了。而妹妹告诉她，这和哥哥的尺寸是一模一样的。土妹子这才知道，这些年来京介一直在忍受着（原来大小还是可以根据对象来调节的，我又涨姿♂势了）。在这时妹妹还给京介发了短信，告诉京介她和土妹子都在家里。京介一看慌了，这俩人在一起指不定搞出什么事来，于是放弃加班疯狂TP。

京介回家后发现一片狼藉，看到土妹子瘫软在地，马上冲去扶起。随后三人开始了嘴炮互斗，再后来演变成了互诉衷肠，最后三人和解，选择了互相原谅。妹妹说既然都原谅了那咱们今晚就放纵一下吧~于是就开始了长达一二十页的。。。三人最终在高潮中实现了生命的大和谐。

半夜妹妹看着熟睡着的哥哥和土妹子，微微一笑，离开了这充满回忆和伤痛的地方。回家后向丈夫坦白，离婚。后来妹妹的丈夫找到京介，将他揍了一顿，质问他：为什么要放弃妹妹。京介心中感到欣慰：世界上能有这样关心妹妹的人真是太好了。在那一夜之后，土妹子也怀上了，尽管京介也知道，当年向爸爸告密拆散他和妹妹的，就是身边的这个人，但既然选择了原谅，就这样走下去吧。全书的最后，妹妹坐在椅子上，在高楼上眺望着一望无际的天空，好像对未来充满了希望。腹中似有动静，不知是否也怀上了哥哥的孩子呢？

剧终。

PS：需要说明的是，当时这个本子日文版流出的时候还没有中文版，只是自己边看边总结供大家图个新鲜，细节上肯定不会有原版中文那么好，将就着看吧~
