Since it has "弐", you should add "2" or "Vol.2" in the English title and front cover.

Yeah, that's why I suggest to add it on the front cover, it'll be confusing if the first book got translated and uploaded (that is if they translate the title too).
But seeing a mistake like this can't go unnoticed.
