I gave it a four, I feel like the ending was all this build up and so anti climatic. Also the robot vampire thing was kinda out there, and the whole book just felt like build up upon build up with no resolution till the end if you can really call the end a resolution. Would have liked to see more of kate before her demise, maybe more of a confrontation between the club owner and Electra also, all in all its great art but I just didn't get that this part is the scene with the most oophm.

have to agree with what is posted above. Great artwork, but the story was really disjointed. It seems a bit strange to have all this build up over Kate only to kill her off.

Personally, I liked it. I was surprised some characters died, but being surprised isn't a bad thing -- I liked that the story was more unique and not as generic as others.

I'm not as negative about the story flow as some other readers seem to be. For a story that was planned to end after 273 pages, the pacing is very good.
There are a lot of characters and all of them get screentime matching their importance in the story. That is very well planned.
I agree with Karat about this story being quite unique despite it being "just" a vampire story. The robot part is a weird match, but you didn't go overboard with it crossing over to a different type of story.

This same story could have easily been bigger with a reduced story-telling speed, but apparently it was your choice not to do that.
There is potential for a lot more, but you should primarily see it as a good sign that your readers would've wanted to see more.

I gave it 5 stars. For a first attempt at a comic, this is pretty incredible. The plot stays interesting at all times and the graphical quality and choices for camera angles and dialogue are all very very good.
There are a few too many typos, and some pictures are a bit lifeless with the lack of motion lines or other effects (page 035 is a good example), but those are small gripes compared to everything that you did do so well. (Hope you'll take care of that in a future work though. ^^)

Yup, working on Fangs 2 now, also I've fixed a number of typos that slipped by me the first time. We'll see what happens with a lot of the surviving characters, and a few who you might assume didn't survive...

I'm a bit conflicted here, on one hand I loved it, on the other hand, the ending is disappointing and feels very rushed..

It's like, pretty much the entire comic essentially had Melinda and Electra as it's ''main characters'', yet near the end, in a very rushed feeling way, you seemingly quickly kill them both off before switching back to El Diablo and it's side characters.

Other then that I loved the comic.

The comic has a great start, great mid plot, but last 100 pages felt wrong. I don't think i can give any advices, since im just a reader on the fap-site, but i'd like to tell couple of things though.
That was kinda sad to see Melinda becoming shit-robot, and then dying (?), i was expeting her to be the main villain of the series, or the leader of the second fanction, opposing both Electra and Order. Also sudden death of her girlfriend was unexpected too. Anyway it was fun to read, hope to see second chapter as soon as possible.

I really hope that Electra and Melinda didn't die in that explosion (even though logic says they must have died), because from a storytelling perspective, it doesn't make much sense to follow a completely different character in the sequel.

If it's going to be either you need to show and tell a little bit more. The story just jumps conveniently when you're stuck against a storytelling wall. Basically you have 1 panel in each act where all of the action gets resolved. Show some sex, show some action.

I'm not going to put a timescale on part 2 as to be honest I don't know. I've rendered the story but I need to go back and edit, add in anywhere that needs filling out and make any changes. How long this takes depends on how much I find!

I like this a lot. There a not many comics in this artwork which I think look good. (Because of stereotypical kind of characters and so on) but this is really nice. Big plus for the story as well, it is a unique piece of art here. I also love the make up the characters are wearing. <3

Just one of the stupid things: how fucking inept is the secret society of vampire hunters? One of their agents is immediately mind controlled, after her warning was completely ignored and the leave super powerful artefacts lying around on shelves. It's like they killed that newb vampire girl out of plain dumb luck.

And why miss so many opportunities for the hot girls to fuck?
